  • Passive Enrollment: For returning users, auto-AGENTS™ can enroll and verify using naturally captured speech during initial conversation windows.

Authentication thresholds, fallback scenarios (e.g., to KBA or OTP), and integration with CRM systems can all be customized to meet business-specific needs. Configuration is managed within our Agentic AI orchestration console, allowing enterprises to set confidence levels, enable or disable spoof checks, and determine when re-authentication is triggered.
